Payment Policy:
US dollars only. We accept: Paypal,Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Standard Shipping Options:
We ship US domestic orders using either UPS Ground or US Postal Service (generally priority mail). This option is designated as the Standard Delivery option. We compare the carriers'rates and choose which way to ship based on the size of your order. This will ensure that we can continue to give you the best possible shipping rate on all of your orders. All orders should be delivered to you between 3-6 business days from the time of shipment. All orders shipped to PO Box or military addresses will be shipped via US Postal Service; however, you will need to contact us for shipping quotes to PO Box or military addresses as the rates above do not necessarily reflect the cost for deliveries to these types of addresses.

**Express Shipments: In stock items will ship the same business day (or next business day if holiday or weekend) if order is placed prior to 12 noon est. If an item on the order is backordered,
we will notify you and ship what is available immediately, and any backordered items will be shipped when in stock via our standard shipping methods.

Canadian Shipments: Canadian shipments will be processed using either First Class International or US Priority Mail, which should result in receipt of your purchase within 10 - 15 business days. We will use our discretion based on the nature and size of the purchase to select the most appropriate shipping
method. Canadian shipments are international, customs or other delays may be encountered which may cause shipments to take a longer than anticipated.

If a circumstance arises which requires additional fees related to customs, such charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Materials:
We recycle the shipping materials; therefore, you may receive your order with styrofoam peanuts or other less-than-eco-friendly packaging materials. We figure that reusing less than desirable packaging materials is better than stuffing a landfill with them. We would appreciate you also continuing this cycle of re-use should you receive your order with such materials enclosed.

Multiple Box Charge:
Should your order require multiple boxes, we will contact you before processing your order with the additional shipping charge required for proper shipment so that you may make any adjustments desired.

Return Policy:

1. You may return any unopened and unused products in original condition within 30 days of receipt.
2. Effective May 1, 2008, a restocking fee of 5% will be assessed on returns other than those due to a defective product or our error.
3. You must request a return authorization number from us before returning any items. Please write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
4. We cannot accept returns without prior notification. 
5. Please include a copy of your original packing slip. 
6. You are responsible for properly packaging the items for shipment as we cannot honor credits of merchandise that are returned damaged. 
7. We do not reimburse for original or return shipping costs.

Cancelled Orders:

If your order is cancelled after it has been boxed but not yet shipped, you will be refunded the order amount less a 15% restocking fee. Method of Credit: We will credit your Paypal or credit card account. No store credits or cash refunds will be issued.
